As a qualified Sports Massage Therapist with a background in Physiotherapy studies, Mark brings an exceptional combination of academic insight and practical expertise. His well-rounded approach ensures that every client benefits from effective, evidence-based treatment tailored to their individual needs.

Expertise & Professional Background
Mark completed his formal studies in physiotherapy and is a registered member of the Iranian Physiotherapy Association. He also holds a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage and a Master Certification in Manual Therapy. His clinical approach integrates deep anatomical understanding with practical techniques, making him highly effective in supporting both recovery and performance enhancement.
Having worked closely with athletes, particularly U21 football players at Padideh FC, Mark has managed a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, particularly those involving the shoulder, back, and knee. His key therapeutic skills include:

Passion for Sports & Beyond
Before transitioning into full-time therapy, Mark was a professional handball player, representing Samen Al-Hojaj Club and Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. His own journey through sport has given him first-hand insight into injury, recovery, and peak performance. This personal experience underpins his empathetic and client-centred treatment style.
Mark believes in the power of accurate assessment, tailored treatment plans, and ongoing education. Whether helping someone return to competition or everyday movement, his goal is always to restore function and reduce pain through manual therapy and clinical reasoning.
More About Mark
Now based in the UK for about two years, Mark is fluent in English and Persian. He maintains an active lifestyle through gym training and running, and has recently taken up tennis as his next personal sporting challenge. Outside the clinic, he enjoys reading and staying up to date with the latest research in physical therapy and rehabilitation.
